Planning your wedding can be a lot of work and Tapas Catering is here to help take away some of the stress of arranging such an important event.
Tapas catering has over 20 years of experience in catering and events. Every wedding is unique and with our experience, we can listen to your ideas and guide you to formulate the plans for your special day. We have a comprehensive set of menus for each style of meal. A bespoke menu can be tailored to fit your and your guests' needs and preferences, below some menu samples.
All of the dishes you choose will be prepared freshly by us in the day of your event. Our service does not stop there as we can provide everything you need from professional serving staff, crookery and cutlery and linen, bar staff, glasses, theme decorations, latino or flamenco life bands, qualified jamon carved, large Spanish wine and beer list.
Menu option 1
Canapes to start:
Fresh crab and saffron croquetas
salchichon iberico pinchos with spanish olives
patatas bravas with alioli mayonnaise
Main course:
Big paella pan freshly cooked in front of guests
options: Seafood, meat and vegetarian/vegan all paellas served with fresh bread and salads.
Desserts:
Traditional santiago cake, grounded almonds and citrus cake served with seasonal fruits

Canapes to start:
Jamon croquetas
gambas pil pil pinchos
traditional tortilla served with our popular mojo picon sauce and mayonnaise
tapas table to share:
steak beef and pork meatballs rustic tomato sauce
fresh calamari served with alioli mayonnaise
padron peppers served on rustic bread
Desserts:
Handmade churros served with a variety of dipping sauces and sprinkles

Canapes to start:
Caprese skewers fresh basil marinated and leaves
Olived filled with Cantabrian ventresca
Authentic Spanish Jamon de pata negra
Selection of cured meat boards and cheese:
Jamon, chorizo, salchichon, cana de lomo and manchego
Main course:
Big paella pan freshly cooked in front of guests

All of our menus are designed with passion and love inspired by our owner Silvia Sanchez Santiago. In her food you will see a lot of her influences from her life in Spain, family recipes with a modern twist.
Our core offering guides you through various options; including a seated three course meal, canapés, paella options, relaxed meal and BBQ menu. Our menus are very flexible, we create bespoke to cater for each individual customer. We adapt the dishes to suit everyone's individual needs.
