Do you cover my location? We are based in the West Midlands but we have worked in hundreds of venues around the United Kingdom. So it’s very likely that we’re able to cover your location. The best option is to check availability now to see if we're available on your date.
Do you do indoor or outdoor events/weddings? We do both. We have extensive catering equipment and a very professional team, meaning we can deliver food which your guests will fall in love with regardless of venue restrictions.
Do you offer bespoke menus? Yes 100%. We do not have menu 1, 2 and 3. Every wedding/event is different. We cater for all specific menu requests.
What other services do you offer apart from food? We can take care of everything at your wedding/event from creating the most authentic Spanish menu, to selecting a large variety of wines and spirits. We have a very professional team working at Tapas Catering, ranging from qualified chefs originating from Spain to highly-skilled waiting staff and bar staff. We can also offer decorations, crockery, cutlery, bar glasses, table linen, napkins, disposable toilets, marquees and any sort of equipment. We only work with trusted suppliers within the UK and Spain.
What are your payment terms? Upon initial consultation, a 25% deposit is payable to secure and hold the date. Whilst the deposit remains unpaid, we reserve the right to continue taking new enquiries and bookings Full payment is due one week prior to the event. At this point we require confirmation of final numbers.
What’s your cancellation policy? If cancellation is requested 28 days prior to your event your deposit will be refunded. After this time the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Do I need an appointment? Yes, appointments are required unless we have an open day
Do you only do weddings? No, we cater for all occasions from Weddings, Funerals, Baby showers to Birthday parties.
Will other people be at the venue on my wedding day? No, we are delighted to inform you that our venue is for exclusive hire only. Whether it's your big day or having a private sit down meal, the venue is solely for the use of you and your guests.
